What you do at eve?
I specialise in sourcing your ideal venue for Christmas and summer parties (the fun stuff!)

What’s your favourite eve venue hidden gem?
The beautiful Rooftop Terrace at 41 Portland Place. It’s such a rarity in central London.

What’s your top venue finding tip?
Plan ahead! Get an idea of numbers and what you would like to do for your Christmas or Summer party a year before if you would like to secure your preferred date. It’s never too early.

What snack gets you through your working day?
I usually alternate between a Graze vanilla and cacao flapjack and Kallo Belgium dark chocolate rice cakes. Basically anything with chocolate.

What song gets you going in the morning?
Sunshine by TIEKS. Because I can pretend the sun is shining even if it’s not!

What gadget can’t you leave home without?
My phone but I’m sure that goes for everyone these days.

What’s your drink of choice?
Other than a glass of Prosecco, I love to treat myself to chocolate milk every now and then. The chocolate theme continues! What can I say, I’m a big kid.

 What’s your holiday must-have?
My sunnies and a bikini. It’s not a holiday unless the sun is shining in my opinion.

What one thing could you not live without?
FaceTime, so I can speak to my family and friends back home in Australia.

What book are you reading at the moment?
Daring Greatly by Dr Brené Brown. Highly recommend. She is insanely insightful – courage is contagious.

What do you always have in your handbag?
Hairbrush, lip balm, headphones, my purse and my Instax camera.

Do you have a favourite app?
I have two – because I couldn’t decide! The BBC Radio 1 app to keep me entertained while I get ready for work in the mornings (shout out to Greg James!) and the BBC weather app to help me out in this totally unpredictable and forever changing London weather.

What’s your favourite TV show:
Probably going to regret this one… but it’s got to be Love Island UK. It’s actually better than the Australian version.

How do you unwind after work?
A drink with friends or cook dinner and then watch Love Island or find another reality show to binge on!
